You can visit this website without providing any personal information. We do not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes, we use no tracking and no analytics services. In this version there is no contact form.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur (www.ionos.de). When the pages are accessed, information is automatically recorded in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits: [e. g. IP address, date and time of access, file/URL requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL].

  • Purpose: technical operation, stability and security of the website.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation).

5. Getting in touch (phone, WhatsApp, Telegram)

When you contact us, we process the data you provide (e. g. name, phone number, your request) in order to handle your enquiry and arrange an appointment.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance) or (f) GDPR (handling your enquiry).
  • Important: Contact via WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram runs through those providers' services. Their own privacy terms apply; we have no influence over the processing that takes place there. Please note the privacy information of WhatsApp/Meta and Telegram. A transfer of data to third countries (e. g. the USA) is possible in this context.
  • Retention period: until your request has been dealt with, or within the scope of statutory retention periods.

6. Fonts

Fonts are embedded locally. No external font services (e. g. Google Fonts via a CDN) are loaded; no data is transmitted to third parties in this respect.

7. Map / directions

Directions are shown via a static map image.No map service is loaded automatically; without action on your part, no data is transmitted to map providers. Only when you click the route link does the external service Google Maps open, for which its own privacy terms then apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Competent among others is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).

10. Changes to this privacy policy

We adapt this policy when the legal situation or our data processing changes. The current version published on this page applies.
